We are thrilled to announce that we have received a Post Production funding award from Vision Maker Media in the amount of $30,000. While this is only about a third of our total Post Production budget it will enable us to continue editing the film down from its current rough cut running time of two hours to a PBS target of just under an hour. We still need to raise approximately an additional $100,000 to complete the film. The additional funding is needed for hiring personnel and producing the music score, color grading, audio sweetening and mixing, recording voice over narration, as well as licensing rights for all historic photos, paintings, and needle drop music, as well as for motion graphics, animation and more. In addition we are recurrently seeking a PBS Presenting Station to partner with as we get closer to completion and prepare for a national PBS premiere in November, 2020.
